us on the unveiling of East Hartford's Plan for Healthy and Successful
Young Children Age Birth to Eight! The event will be held at
Silva’s Youth of Today Childcare Center on Silver Lane in East
Hartford, on November 5th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Refreshments and
